How To Use

When using for after workout massage - Apply product to skin and rub in making sure to deeply massage tense muscle areas.

When using for skin irritation - Apply to skin gently, softly massaging into the skin and leave to absorb. Do not apply to cracked skin and if any skin conditions, speak with a specialist first.
