Refund Policy

Due to products being skincare once they have been opened we can not offer a refund or store credit. Products can only be refunded due to a manufacturing fault. Please check ingredients and intended use of product to ensure it is right for you before purchasing to ensure your satisfaction. All items are batch coded and expiry dated individually to inform us of batches and if an error all of the customers with that batch number will be contacted for a product recall if required.
